I have window Vista movie maker and I have the regular window XP! I have already formatted the disk from my camcorder so it plays on devices it just dont save on my computer so I can attach it and email it I tried the moive maker and try to save it but it says something about the codec. In other words please let me know how I can send this dvd video with an email. Thanks

Is there an adapter or card for my computer that I could buy so I can take the videos from my Mini-DV tape and put them on a DVD?
