Hi, I'm looking for a camcorder with Flash memory that has inputs that I can use to record to it from another camcorder. After recording to the Flash memory video cam, I can easily bring them over to my PC to edit.

I have 8mm and MiniDV tapes and camcorders. These camcorders have RCA cables (yellow, white, red) going out. Can anyone recommend a Flash memory camcorder with inputs for this? It doesn't need to be Hi Def since my footage is standard res anyways.

I'm still using an 8mm Sony Camcorder and think it's about time for a new one. I currently use firewire to transfer my videos to .avi files. What should I be looking for in a new camcorder for easy video editing. Would dvd, mini dv, hard drive memory camcorders work best. What is your experience or can you point me to any articles about this? I'm pretty proficient in Windows Movie Maker but now have Sony Vegas 8 platinum which I need to start learning and will be using that.
