Is there a good camcorder that connects to your tv to record tv/video game imaging?

I'd like a camcorder/ video camera that does the essential functions but tend to also interact with my TV using the TV OUT plugs to record with capture-card like performance. Any sugguestions?

Any camcorder with “AV-In” can record from VCRs, DVDs and game consoles.
I am not aware of any consumer TVs with a “TV-out” connection. Please provide manufacturer and model number information.
