I'm just looking for a camcorder that I can easily connect to my computer via firewire, for quick editing and webcam-style shooting.

But I also want one with decent/good sound and picture quality, that I can take on-the-go to make some videos with.

I don't want one with sound you can barely make out, or picture that's all blurry and stuff.

However, I am kind of on a budget. Is there any form of camera that meets all the above requirements, and costs no more than 300 dollars?
